Digital Download Sharing & Usage Policy
All digital downloads purchased from Nails by Rachel are for the personal use of the original purchaser only.
By purchasing and downloading this product, you agree that you will not:
Share the files with friends, family members, clients, coworkers, or anyone else.
Send the files through text, email, social media, messaging apps, cloud storage, or file-sharing websites.
Upload the files to Facebook groups, Pinterest, Google Drive folders, Discord servers, forums, or other public or private sharing spaces.
Resell, redistribute, copy, or give away the files in their original or modified form.
Purchase one copy for use by multiple people.
Each person who would like to use the sizing kit or other digital product must purchase their own individual copy.
These files take time and work to create, and unauthorized sharing directly impacts my small business by allowing others to receive a paid product without supporting the creator.
Your purchase gives you, the purchaser, a personal-use license. It does not transfer ownership of the design or give permission to distribute the files.

Unauthorized Sharing
If Nails by Rachel discovers that a digital download has been shared, redistributed, resold, or uploaded without permission, Nails by Rachel reserves the right to:
● Revoke the purchaser’s permission to use the digital product.
● Refuse future digital product sales or services to the individual involved.
● Request removal of unauthorized copies from websites, social media platforms, marketplaces, or file-sharing services.
● Submit copyright or intellectual-property infringement reports to the applicable website or platform when appropriate.
● Take additional action permitted by applicable law in cases of serious or repeated unauthorized distribution.
Unauthorized sharing does not make the files free for others to use.
Your purchase provides a personal-use license only. Ownership of the files, designs, layouts, and other original materials remains with Nails by Rachel.
Digital products are created through my own time, work, and resources. Sharing a paid download with others allows people to receive that work without purchasing it and directly harms my small business.
