Shipping Policy

All Nails by Rachel orders are handmade and prepared with care before shipment.

Processing Time

Processing time begins after all required sizing information, customization details, and payment have been received.

Because each set is handmade to order, processing times may vary depending on design complexity and current order volume.

Estimated processing times will be listed on the product page or provided after your order is reviewed.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is separate from processing time.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other carrier-related delays.

Nails by Rachel cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please allow time for tracking to update after your shipping label is created.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error before your order ships, contact me as soon as possible. I cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Nails by Rachel is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows that your package may be lost in transit and you have not received your order, please contact me.

A full refund may be issued only when the package is confirmed lost in shipping and was never received.

Proof may be required, including tracking information or confirmation from the shipping carrier.

Packages marked as successfully delivered are not automatically considered lost and may require further investigation with the shipping carrier.

Delayed Packages

Shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of Nails by Rachel’s control.

A delayed package does not automatically qualify for a refund if tracking still shows that the package is in transit.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and provide clear photos of:

• the shipping package

• the damaged item(s)

• your order information

The issue will be reviewed, and an appropriate solution may include a replacement of affected items or a partial refund.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable in these situations.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

International shipping and customs processing may take longer than domestic delivery.

By placing an order with Nails by Rachel, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy.

Return & Refund Policy

Because all press-on nail sets are handmade and/or customized to each customer’s selected sizing, length, design, and preferences, returns and full refunds are generally not accepted.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be offered at my discretion if there is a confirmed issue with your order.

The amount refunded will depend on the specific situation, the condition of the order, and the portion of the order affected.

Please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your package and include clear photos of the issue.

Full Refunds

A full refund will only be issued if your package is confirmed lost in transit and you never received the order.

Proof of the shipping issue may be required, such as tracking information showing the package was lost, confirmation from the shipping carrier, or other documentation showing that the package was not delivered.

Packages marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier are not automatically eligible for a full refund.

Incorrect Sizing

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate nail measurements and sizing information.

Refunds will not be issued for nails that do not fit due to incorrect measurements or sizing information provided by the customer.

Please carefully complete your sizing information before ordering.

Custom Designs

Because custom sets are created specifically for you, slight differences in color placement, hand-painted artwork, charms, rhinestones, and other handmade details may occur.

Small handmade variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for a refund.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with an error caused during production, please contact me with photos and your order information so I can review the issue.

Depending on the situation, I may offer a partial refund, replacement of the affected nail(s), or another appropriate solution.

Product Information

All Nails by Rachel press-on nail sets are handmade to order and created with care. Because each set is made individually, small variations may occur between the product photos and your finished set.

Handmade Products

Each nail is hand-painted and finished individually. Slight differences in artwork placement, color, charms, rhinestones, patterns, or other details are normal and are part of receiving a handmade product.

Sizing

Accurate sizing information is required for custom-sized orders.

Customers are responsible for providing correct nail measurements. Please measure carefully before submitting your order.

Nails by Rachel is not responsible for incorrect fit caused by inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.

Your custom order may not enter production until all required sizing information has been received.

Custom Orders

For Build Your Own and other custom sets, please carefully submit your:

• Nail shape

• Nail length

• Design complexity

• Color preferences

• Theme or aesthetic

• Finish preference

• Sizing information

• Must-have details

• Any designs, colors, or elements you would like avoided

Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Design Expectations

Reference photos may be used as inspiration, but handmade recreations may not be identical to the original image.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, device screens, polish batches, and other factors.

Unless otherwise agreed, custom sets are created in the Nails by Rachel style based on the preferences provided by the customer.

Design Complexity

Design complexity affects both pricing and the amount of detail included in your set.

Simple designs may include solid colors, French tips, basic glitter, simple ombré, and minimal accents.

Detailed designs may include linework, aura designs, florals, chrome accents, animal print, marble, mixed nail art, rhinestones, and moderate charms.

Luxury designs may include extensive hand-painted artwork, multiple techniques, 3D gel art, larger charms, heavy rhinestone work, and maximalist designs.

Extremely detailed or unusual requests may require an additional custom quote.

Nail Length

Nail lengths may appear slightly different depending on your natural nail bed, finger size, and selected shape.

Length descriptions are intended as a guide and may not look identical on every customer.

Press-On Nail Care

Press-on nails are reusable when removed carefully and maintained properly.

How long your nails last will depend on your preparation, adhesive method, application, daily activities, and removal process.

Avoid using your press-ons as tools and take extra care around activities that may bend, lift, or damage the nails.

Adhesive

Wear time may vary depending on whether you use nail glue or adhesive tabs. Each set comes with a tube of nail glue, alcohol wipes, buffing and filing tools, and a cuticle pusher.

Nails by Rachel cannot guarantee a specific wear time because application technique, nail preparation, lifestyle, and natural nail condition vary from person to person.

Small Parts

Some sets may contain rhinestones, charms, pearls, or other small decorative pieces.

Please keep press-on nails and loose accessories away from small children and pets.

Matching Toe Sets

Matching press-on toe sets may be available as an optional add-on.

Toe sizing must be submitted separately from fingernail sizing to ensure the best possible fit.
